Multiple networks, one panel
Run one or many charging networks end-to-end — even with multiple operator licenses — from a single point, fully aligned with charging-service regulation (incl. TR EPDK).
SmartŞarj CSMS is cloud software for EV charging network operators. Manage any OCPP-compatible charger, in any country, under your own brand. The first 6 months are free.
6 months free · No credit card · Hardware-independent (OCPP)
From stations to payments, tariffs to reporting — manage the whole network from one panel. Runs in the cloud, connects to any OCPP charger, ships under your brand.
Run one or many charging networks end-to-end — even with multiple operator licenses — from a single point, fully aligned with charging-service regulation (incl. TR EPDK).
Define roles for network operators, operators, station managers and the call center. Authorize sub-operators with certificates and manage their stations too.
Define devices, sockets and connectors; set per-device or bulk tariffs by category, and configure parameters from one place.
Charge users who keep occupying a socket after charging ends — per-device scenarios with grace period, interval, cap and SMS notice at start/finish.
Per-device reservation rules, start/cancel windows and pricing, with a refund option on completed reservations.
List home (private) chargers in the same app, authorize other users on your device, and get authorized on theirs.
Continuous OCPP data flow shows live availability of every device and socket; full log records and alarms on lost communication.
Start via QR or manual code on web/mobile — or 'scan and charge' as a guest with no app install, and start remotely on a user's behalf.
Integrate multiple payment providers; pre-authorized sale, sale-cancel, refund and partial refund, plus pay-by-link — all from one point.
Top-up wallet with easy refunds and negative-balance allowance; cashback, discount, points and coupon campaigns by device, location, user or date.
Auto-issue e-invoices per session, sign with the financial seal and SMS them to the user; mandatory EŞÜ (charging-unit) records and reports filed to the Turkish tax authority (GİB).
Station, price, charge, payment and settlement APIs for easy integration; sales, profitability and settlement reports exportable to Excel/PDF, plus investment-suggestion reports.
Enter your sockets and tariff, and see the estimated gross revenue of a network running on SmartŞarj.
30–360 kW · This is an estimate; actual revenue varies with occupancy, electricity cost and tariff.
The revenue split between the site provider and the operator (Charge Network Operator in Türkiye / CPO abroad) is calculated and settled automatically.
SmartŞarj doesn't just manage charging — it keeps the investment ledger for every device.
Enter hardware, installation and transformer-upgrade cost; as maintenance and fault expenses are logged, each device's payback date updates on its own.
Which brand and model fails less? Ranking by mean time between failures and repair time — make your next purchase on data, not guesswork.
Measure whether your supplier keeps its SLA promise: contracted response time next to what actually happened.
Most charging stations sit on someone else's location. SmartŞarj calculates, for every session, how much goes to the operator and how much to the site provider — and settles it automatically.
Define the share between the location owner (site provider) and the operator (Charge Network Operator in Türkiye / CPO abroad).
Split as a percentage of revenue, or of profit after electricity cost — whichever your agreement uses. The CSMS computes it per session.
Different share rates for different locations and partners, all managed from one panel.
Each party's share of every charge is calculated and reported automatically — no spreadsheets.
Everything ships under your own brand — not ours. The management portal, driver app, map, invoices and emails all carry your logo, colors and domain. SmartŞarj stays invisible; you are the operator drivers see.
Per-vehicle quota, fleet-specific pricing rules, end-of-period summary.
Set periodic quotas by kWh, amount or count. When the hard limit is passed, charging won't start at the device — no billing surprises later.
Discount, surcharge or flat tariff. Priority-ordered rules give different fleets different prices.
Owner, manager and viewer roles. Your customer sees their own consumption without calling you.
With roaming, drivers from other networks find and charge at your stations, and your drivers charge on other networks — connected over the OCPI standard, managed from one panel.
Connect to other networks via the OCPI standard: you act as the CPO, eMSP partners bring their drivers to your points, and you publish your locations and tariffs.
A three-step secure handshake on OCPI 2.2.1: you give the other side your country code, party ID and address — the rest is automatic. Verified end to end with a real partner token from an external network.
Within the agreement, a partner can start or stop a charge and unlock the socket remotely.
Set dedicated tariffs for roaming users and manage them from a single panel.
Track roaming partners, agreements and connection status from one place.
Place charging in the cheapest tariff hours — without exceeding your grid limit.
The tariff is entered manually. Solar-surplus use and demand forecasting are not part of this.
AI reads every table in your panel and explains it in your own language.
One tap on the dashboard, analytics, fleet, billing, reservation, payback, reliability and supplier screens: what happened, why, and what to do.
Define your own OpenAI/Anthropic/Google key if you like; your data and your cost stay with you.
The station map uses OpenStreetMap tiles from our own server — no data leaves, no tile fees.

SmartŞarj CSMS runs in the cloud — no installation, no servers, no hardware lock-in. Connect your OCPP chargers and manage your network free for the first 6 months. Scale as you grow.
SmartŞarj works with any OCPP charger. If you also need hardware, our IEC 61851-1 certified AC/DC line is ready — fully compatible with the software, one point of contact. elpo.com.tr
Yes, and that is exactly what OCPP is for. If the chargers speak OCPP, changing platform is in essence repointing an endpoint: the devices stay, the software behind them is swapped. The same route works from the platforms known in the market — AMPECO, Virta, Monta, be.ENERGISED, has·to·be, ChargePoint, EVBox, GreenFlux — and in the other direction too; an open protocol is open precisely so that you are locked in to neither a hardware nor a software vendor. Tariffs, users and opening balances are imported by us, and the old system's history can be kept as an archive.
Use the revenue calculator on this page for a monthly estimate, and the investment-return section to see per-device payback. Actual figures depend on occupancy, electricity cost and your tariff.
Any OCPP-compatible charger works — OCPP is an open protocol. SmartŞarj is cloud-based and vendor-independent; ELPO also manufactures AC and DC chargers if you want a single-vendor solution.
Yes. White-label covers the driver app and the operator panel — your name, your colors. Operators run their own network under their own brand.
Yes, over the OCPI standard. A partner connects in minutes via the OCPI 2.2.1 three-step handshake (verified end to end with a real partner). You publish your locations and tariffs; partners can send remote charge commands within the agreement.
Yes. SmartŞarj covers multi-network operation under EPDK charging-service rules and automates GİB e-invoice flows — something global platforms don't offer for Turkey.
The first 6 months are free. After that it's commission-based or a fixed monthly fee. No credit card to start.
Yes. The panel's AI reads your tables and explains them in your own language; you can define your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google key so your data and cost stay with you.
A CSMS (Charging Station Management System) is the software that runs charge points from one place: device status, session and tariff management, user and payment flow, reporting. SmartŞarj is a charging network management platform — it gathers OCPP-compatible hardware from any vendor into a single panel.
A CPO installs, operates and prices the charge points. An eMSP gives drivers an app and a subscription, and may own no hardware at all. SmartŞarj runs the operator side — and roaming brings eMSP drivers to your stations.
In Türkiye, charging services fall under EPDK's charging service regulation, and the licence application is the operator's own responsibility. SmartŞarj works within those rules and lets you manage several charging network licences from a single panel.
Every unit and every session is recorded in the panel and reported by energy, duration, tariff and payment. Nothing is carried by hand from pricing to invoicing — SmartŞarj automates the GİB e-invoice flow.
OCPP is the open protocol between a charge point and its management software; it keeps you from being locked to one hardware vendor. SmartŞarj is OCPP-compatible, so units from different manufacturers run side by side on the same network.
Roaming lets a driver from another network charge at your station, and OCPI is the open interface that makes the connection. Opening your network to roaming puts your stations in front of far more drivers and turns idle capacity into revenue.
Open an account, connect your OCPP chargers, run your network under your own brand — free for the first 6 months. Ask the SmartŞarj team anything.
